Through doing the Integral assessment I feel that right now
I would have to say biological is my area of issue, but that is because of tremendous
amount of stress with work and school and kids.
I broke out in shingles last week, which I have never had before but now
I have an all new respect and understanding for my patients. I chose to take 3 classes and work full time
this semester and try to be single mom.
I have to say the stress is taking a toll. I did this because I am determined to get
this degree done and I want to finish ASAP, but I found it is more detrimental
to my health. I actually think the only
way I am surviving is this class is through the exercises required for me to do, so
I may do the assignments, so in a way this class is the life and the death of
me! I enjoy Integrative medicine with a
passion and in the future will absolutely work in the field of integral medicine. I love it and see what a difference it can
make in peoples’ lives if we can just get them to hear what we are saying and
drop all their preconceived notions. I
need to meditate every morning as well as exercise. Exercise has went by the wayside for this
semester related to lack of sleep and class demands but I know these things
will get me back to where I want to be, ruling the world!! I am the “girl on
fire”!!!! I must have faith in myself, I
have to love thyself first then love others to be successful.
